One of the world’s largest and most epic music festivals, Rock in Rio was inaugurated in the Brazilian city of Rio De Janeiro back in 1985, and has since branched out to a number of major cities across the globe including, Las Vegas, Madrid and Lisbon.
A celebration of all things rock, pop, indie and heavy metal, over the years, the festival has played host to many of the world’s biggest and most celebrated bands and artists, including Guns N’ Roses, Beyoncé, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Prince and Elton John, as well as a number of exciting up and comers, whilst some of the myriad other attractions include, theatre performances, an array of gourmet food and drink, amusement park style rides, and awe-inspiring firework displays!
