There are no direct flights from the UK to Guatemala, though Iberia operates regular direct flights to Guatemala City from Madrid. Alternatively you can change in a number of US cities including New York, Houston or Miami, as well as Mexico City, or Panama.

The dry season runs from November to April, though the climate is generally very warm year round and even in the west season, rainfall is usually limited to just a few hours a day.

With so much to do and see we recommend a minimum of ten days, to ensure you get to experience some of the main highlights.

UK citizens do not require a visa to enter Guatemala, and may remain for 90 days. However, please note, your passport should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from your date of entry into the country.
